Host Your Own Table Gathering
Gather your people. Share food, conversation, and creativity.
Use our free Host Pack to guide reflection and art-making — your group’s stories and decorated cups will become part of The Table installation at the Final Feast.

Because every table has room for one more.
Hosting a table gathering is one of the simplest — and most meaningful — ways to take part in The Table: 500 People in 50 Days.
It’s not about performance or presentation — it’s about presence.
A table, a few chairs, something to eat or drink, and people willing to show up — that’s all you need.
Each gathering is an act of radical hospitality: an invitation to make space, listen deeply, and share what’s real.
You’ll receive a free Host Pack with conversation prompts and creative guidance.
You can host anywhere — at home, in a park, at work, or under a tree.
Your group’s reflections and decorated cups will feed into The Table installation, adding to the collective artwork revealed at The Final Feast in December.
Selected reflections will also be featured in a beautiful coffee table book in the new year, bringing together encounters and creative traces from across The Table project.
How It Works
Sign up to receive your free Host Pack.
Invite up to 12 people you’d love to gather around your table.
Share food, talk, and decorate cups together.
Capture your moment: send a photo of your gathering and share your answers to the conversation prompts — in writing, audio, or a short video.
Drop off your decorated cups at one of our designated collection points (listed in your Host Pack).
Watch your story and creations become part of The Table.
Hosting a table is more than an event — it’s a quiet act of community-building. Each gathering, each story, and each cup helps us reach our goal:
500 people. 50 days. One long table.
Email artforpeoplessake@gmail.com for your host pack and we will walk you through.
